Fourteen-Day Exchange Policy
All sales are final, however we will accept exchanges to ensure proper fit. Merchandise to be exchanged must be sent and paid for by the customer and received by us NO LATER than fourteen days from the original shipping date. We recommend insured mail or courier service to ensure delivery. In compliance with hygiene laws, all items must be returned to us in the original, unworn condition with all tags and stickers attached. Items not returned in this condition within fourteen days will NOT be exchanged and will simply be resent to the customer. Additional shipping rates will be charged at the time exchanges are shipped back to the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.

When returning items to the store, please use both our PO Box AND street address to ensure delivery.
